App Questions We Hear Most

Yes, the download costs nothing on either platform and there is no subscription. Normal data charges from your mobile network still apply when you load games or live streams.

Android 8.0 or newer runs the full lobby. On older builds you can still sign in, check your account and use the sportsbook, but live table streams may not open for you.

Both are built in, along with SadaPay and Raast. Funding and withdrawal screens open inside the app, and your wallet details are entered in your own wallet rather than stored with us.

It does, on iOS 14 and newer. The iPhone build installs from the store link on this page and updates itself, and the same login works across your Android handset and your iPhone.

Around 80 MB after install, with a little more cached while live streams are open. You can clear that cache from the app settings without signing out or losing your betslip.

Sign in from another device to end the old session, then start account recovery with the email or mobile number you registered. Our support team can help if you cannot get back in.
